Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the way healthcare is provided by facilitating the provision of data-driven, personalized, and scalable solutions. Although its uses have been thoroughly established in biomedicine, its combination with traditional medicine like Ayurveda and Yoga has not been properly studied. The review is an interdisciplinary literature review in the medical, management, and digital marketing fields to explore the role of AI-driven technologies in enhancing modernization and globalization of traditional medicine. The article outlines such enablers as machine learning to achieve precision diagnostics, wearable technologies to make real-time monitoring, and AIdriven digital interfaces to improve patient engagement and behavioral change. It also critically assesses issues of ethical governance, data privacy, algorithmic bias, and digital inequity especially in a wide range of socio-cultural settings. The paper, on the basis of this synthesis, suggests a value-focused framework that combines technological, behavioral, and institutional aspects to ease the implementation of AI in conventional healthcare systems. The review is also valuable as it fills the gaps in the scattered research streams and provides the systematic view of how AI can promote the scientific validation, accessibility, and integration of traditional medicine in the market. Research directions in the future are proposed in the areas of unbiased algorithm design, promoting health in the metaverse, and empirically validating the use of AI in traditional health interventions.
