Abstract

Digital technologies are being adopted and used more often in social, corporate, and individual contexts, which has had a profound impact on all facets of the company. This study looked at how the digital revolution is affecting talent management practices at Indian manufacturing firms. Four hundred and sixty-eight workers in the Indian manufacturing sector (companies underwent digital transformation) comprise the study's sample. Employee responses to a questionnaire were used to collect employee data for these companies. The study uses step-wise multiple regression analysis, factor analysis, and Pearson's r to assess how the talent management process is impacted by digital transformation. The results showed a strong and favourable correlation between the talent management approach and digital transformation. We accept the model hypotheses in light of the acquired results. Thus, it is believed that talent management in the form of development and formalization, as well as the attraction and retention of people, are impacted by the new digital revolution in organizations.
