MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION
The International Journal of Arts, Commerce & Education (IJACE) provides comprehensive guidelines for manuscript preparation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to the highest academic and ethical standards. Authors are encouraged to prepare their manuscripts meticulously, following these instructions, to facilitate a smooth peer-review and publication process while enhancing the visibility and impact of their research.
Guidelines for Authors:
- Language and Writing Style: Manuscripts should be written in clear, professional English with proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Authors should aim for concise, precise, and logical presentation of ideas to enhance readability and comprehension.
- Manuscript Structure: Manuscripts should include a clear structure comprising Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Sections should be well-organized, and all headings must follow a consistent format.
- Abstract and Keywords: Provide a concise abstract of 150–250 words summarizing the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the study. Include 4–6 relevant keywords to increase discoverability.
- References and Citations: Use a consistent and recognized citation style (APA, Chicago, or as specified by IJACE). All references must be accurate, complete, and relevant. Authors should ensure that citations reflect the latest and most credible sources.
- Tables, Figures, and Illustrations: All visual elements should be numbered, clearly labeled, and referenced within the text. High-resolution images, graphs, and tables are recommended for clarity. Avoid redundancy between text and figures.
- Ethical Compliance: Manuscripts must adhere to ethical research and publication standards, including originality, plagiarism-free content, and acknowledgment of all contributors and funding sources. Any human or animal research must comply with ethical approvals.
- Word Limit: Research articles should generally range between 3000–6000 words. Review articles, case studies, or special reports may have specific limits as indicated by the journal.
- Supplementary Materials: Any additional data, appendices, or supplementary files should be clearly labeled and submitted along with the manuscript.
By carefully following these manuscript preparation guidelines, authors can ensure that their submissions to International Journal of Arts, Commerce & Education (IJACE) are of high quality, professionally formatted, and ready for peer review. This not only increases the likelihood of acceptance but also ensures that published work achieves maximum academic impact and contributes meaningfully to the fields of arts, commerce, and education.
